Although our Warrior School Programmes take place in Tanzania and in Northern Kenya well away from the troubled areas, our participants often have to pass through Nairobi. As a result we have decided to postpone any trips in the early part of 2008 whilst we review the political situation in Kenya and look at re-routing our journeys.
Our last trip in 2007 was attended by a journalist from Human Resources Magazine this resulted in a main feature article titled Natural Born Leaders in their March 2008 edition. This can also be found here.
WarriorSchool is for Managing Directors, Executive Team/Board Members and Business owners who:
- Want fresh perspectives on how to improve their business
- Would benefit from personal inspiration & time to think
- Need to create clarity, focus and alignment in order to increase employee engagement.
- Need time to build better relationships with peers, employees, suppliers, mentors.
Building a Warrior Culture – based in Northern Kenya this programme offer participants the opportunity to understand how a Warrior Culture is built and sustained and the value that that would bring to their business. By talking to our Maasai hosts you will gain a greater understanding of the Warrior values of Pride, Responsibility, Humility and Courage.

"I cannot recall any other occasion when all involved derived so much benefit personally and professionally"
Andrew Finney, Managing Director, Countrywide Mobility
"Awe-inspiring; life-changing; well out of my comfort zone – so learned a lot about myself and others. I also learnt to shake out your boots before putting them on – i.e. adapt to your environment – useful both at work and for life".
Shari Casey, RBS
Acknowledgement: Our journeys to Africa are inspired by working with Anthony Willoughby. He is the originator of a unique "I Will Not Complain" philosophy of life; and this spirit, if not Anthony in person, has guided many of our trips. His book "In Search of Inspiration" a personal quest in words and images is due to be re-published soon.
