Bil Murray - General Manager
An American living in Indiana , Bil is the Head Coach and General Manager of the Americas Group of ChangeMaker International he also teaches at DePaul University in Chicago , Illinois .
Bil Murray helps organizations improve performance through strategy and implementation, better communication, personal and professional development and culture change. His broad experience in working with companies around the world gives him a distinct capacity to help them make plans, solve problems and enhance productivity.
An experienced advisor, teacher and facilitator, Bil has spent countless hours helping people develop skills, gain new insights and find ways that help them achieve more and use their resources more efficiently. His innovative approaches to training and development often lead to meaningful changes in how people work together and get things done. He has worked extensively with leaders on a one-to-one basis.
With companies large and small, Bil has helped create business strategies and new approaches that get results. He has helped clients get products and ideas into the market, reduce costs, improve quality, increase customer satisfaction and strengthen their bottom line.
Bil is experienced in developing performance-based approaches for training, team development and human resource planning. He links each with the client organization's goals, strategies and plans. He has been instrumental in developing systems and procedures to better manage individual, work unit and organizational performance.
Bil's client companies include Federal-Mogul, Saturn Corporation, Saab Automobile, Papa John's, Gannett/USA Today, Raytheon and Bayer. He has also worked with smaller companies and not-for-profit organizations.
Andi Roberts - SPAIN
Although Welsh by birth Andi has departed the Hills and Valleys to live and work in Spain for the last 11 years. He has over 14 years of experience in training and organisational development, working with people of all levels in organisations from Shop floor through to the boardroom.
Originally from an outdoor management development background, during the 90's he became involved in some of Europe's leading cultural change programmes that used challenge courses and experiential learning as the backbone for supporting the required business changes. A permanent move to Spain was involved when he became t he Course Director at an experiential training centre near Barcelona . With Spain as his home base, Andi now has extensive multicultural experience, and has worked in Spain , UK , Portugal , France , Germany , Italy , Malta , Austria , Belgium , Switzerland , USA , UAE, Mexico , Argentina and Brazil . As well as providing facilitation Andi works as a coach with individuals and teams to boost performance and as a consultant in the areas of process improvement, change management and knowledge management.
Andi has been trained in the areas of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Transactional Analysis and couples this with his knowledge of thinking skills and tools such as DATT, Six Hats and Mind Mapping. He has been awarded the Professional Certificate and Professional Diploma in Management and his Open University MBA specialised in Innovation & Change, Business Strategy, Knowledge Management & Strategic Human Resource Management. He qualified in New York for the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the Firo B instruments and has completed the ChangeMaker CoachtheCoach training.
Andi still spends some time in the UK where he is a Director of the family business in North Wales in the health care sector. He is responsible for developing business strategy, troubleshooting and acting as a coach for several senior management members. Meanwhile back in Spain , in addition to his international commitments, Andi is currently supporting several local initiatives where his Spanish family live. He works for the association of Andalucian Businesses advising and lecturing on a Master's Degree for Experiential Learning. He designs and rolls out networking events for local entrepreneurs and provides pro-bono management development programmes for local charities.
Although his Welsh is a little shaky Andi is fluent in English and Spanish, he lives with his wife and daughter Marea, near Cadiz in the south of Spain and has offices near Barcelona. He is ChangeMaker's "Spanish connection"; married to Maria who also helps us with local logistics and arrangements.
Pete Robinson
A dynamic and experienced trainer and coach with over eighteen years’ international training experience. He has run innovative and engaging courses at all levels within organisations and has the rapport building skills to work effectively with supervisors in a shipyard to directors of a major pharmaceutical company.
Pete is consultant and trainer for ChangeMaker, having worked with a wide variety of clients, Kraft, Nestle, and Henley Management College as a sample. The courses have ranged from personal development programmes, to personal and team presentation skills, all focussed on the behaviour of the individuals and the impact this has on the organisation. He has been involved in the work for Maersk on the Lhotse programme in China as well as in India.
Pete’s background was initially in retail management from where he progressed to the role of training manger for a leading training organisation. This role involved staff management as well as all aspects of health and safety training for the organisation.
Pete’s specific areas of expertise include Developing Leadership, Personal Coaching and Facilitation, Working Effectively with Others, Negotiation Skills – Commercial, Team Development – for work teams, Presentation Skills, Personal action planning and goal setting, Management of Change, Train the trainers and Introduction to 5 S and business improvement techniques. His recent assignments have involved running introductory workshops for e-learning European and global MBA programmes; Face-to-face training for supervisors on effective team working and leadership skills;
Pete is a qualified Practitioner in NLP, is a licensed Myers Briggs Indicator Level 2 User and has completed Transactional Analysis training. He holds a Level 4 Certificate in Training and Development (CIPD). He has recently completed the Lominger Voices training. He has attended many seminars on a wide range of professional development topics ranging from Training the Trainer to Kaizen and 5 S within the workplace. He has recently published a training related article ‘Support and Challenge for Trainers” for a leading training publication.
Outside work he is an experienced climber and mountaineer and also a keen offshore yachtsman, which is an ideal environment to develop his personal teamwork and leadership skills.
Tormod Andreassen - NORWAY
Tormod speaks Norwegian as his first language and is also fluent in English. He has been involved in training and consulting since 1995, and has experience in Scandinavia, Europe and the Far East delivering Management training.

Before moving into the area of training and consulting, Tormod was a managing director of an Automobile import company. He is particularly interested in coaching as a Change Management tool. Tormod has worked in partnership with Saturn Consulting Services and has broad experience in using Experiential Learning techniques. He is a ChangeMaker coach for the Nordic rollout with Kraft Foods and also a member of our pan-European facilitation team.

Maic Stäbler - GERMANY
Maic is German with an international background. He is fluent in English, Dutch and French. He has lived and worked in Germany , Switzerland , Austria , Great Britain , France and the Netherlands.

He studied Management and International Relations in Italy , Germany and the Netherlands. He has been involved in consulting since 1992. He has experience delivering Management Training in Europe and coaching to clients working worldwide.
Before working as a full time trainer, coach and consultant, Maic was leading several projects in an international media company dealing with aspects of corporate culture. He specialises in Leadership and project Management Training using Experiential Learning techniques. Maic is particularly interested in the human transactions and the potential every manager can discover to develop talent and spirit within his working environment. He is a member of the ChangeMaker Pan-European team and is co-leading the German rollout of the European Coaching programme for Kraft Foods.

Deborah Park - UK |
A skilled facilitator with over fifteen years of experience in management training and personal development and expertise in performance management, coaching, conflict management and leadership programmes.

Debs studied for a BA which she followed up with A PGCE qualification. Having travelled widely and worked in Africa she taught in Botswana and Lesotho . On return to the UK she continued her interest in Training and Development with a Post Graduate qualification in Further Professional Studies and has subsequently completed with distinction an MSc in Development Management. She is an NVQ Assessor (A1 & A2) and trained in Counselling Skills and holds an NLP Diploma.
Debs has extensive experience in the design and delivery of learning events with objectives such as: team building, continuous improvement, coaching, leadership skills, personal effectiveness and introducing culture change. These events have included experiential elements, theoretical inputs and the use of both questionnaires and psychometric tests dependent on specific needs of the client. She has recent experience of delivering a fundamental change programme for two large nationally based companies as well as developing programmes that dovetail into complex long term projects. |
